1st Responders event moving indoors

Due to the threat of rain, the Greater Minden Chamber’s First Responders Appreciation event will now be moved inside to the Minden Recreation Center basketball court.

According the Chamber President Stephanie Barnette, the show will still go on as planned, just indoors.

“We’ll still have kids activities, businesses passing out goodies, food, music, and we’re hoping the skies will part and let us have fireworks to end the evening,” Barnette said.

“We have some great giveaways planned for our First Responders too, so help us spread the word.”
