Event begins at 6 p.m. at NWLTC
The Greater Minden Chamber of Commerce will present a political candidates’ forum Thursday, October 18 at 6pm to help inform the public for the November 6 elections. The forum will be held at the Northwest Louisiana Technical College.
“It is our desire to educate our members and the community on issues important to the business community while informing you on candidates’ views on important topics,” Chamber President Stephanie Barnette said in a previous article.
The chamber accepted questions from the public through email.
All candidates for Minden Mayor, Chief of Police and City Council have been invited to attend.
The Chamber’s website encourages the public to attend.
