Citizens National Bank names Walker as VP in Agricultural Lending

Citizens National Bank has named James L. Walker as vice president in Agricultural Lending.

A Minden native, Walker graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Vocational Agriculture with an emphasis on Business in 1981 from Louisiana Tech in Ruston.

He retired from the Louisiana Land Bank after 30 years. He is also a member of the Louisiana Tech Agricultural Advisory Board.

Throughout his career, Walker served on numerous boards. He is a past president of the Ark-La-Tex Ag Council and the Ark- La-Miss Ag Council; a past board member of the Monroe/West Monroe Chamber of Commerce; a past board member of the Co-op Couples Council; and a member of the Agricultural Sciences and Forestry Board at Louisiana Tech.
