The 2015 DAR Essay Contest winners were on hand to read their winning essays at the January meeting of the Dorcheat-Bistineau Chapter of Daughters of the American Revolution. The students’ assigned topic was “A Colonial Family’s Reaction to the Stamp Act.” These students now advance to state judging.
