A Minden woman was uninjured following an incident where her car narrowly missed crashing into Turner’s Pond.
According to officers on the scene, the driver of a Honda Accord turned onto Lakeshore Drive from Lewisville Road when she hit the curb.
Officers said her car then came to a stop on the side of the pond, where she was able to escape before her car began to slide down the embankment.
