The Minden Crimson Tide are the #25 seed in Class 4A and will travel to Slidell to play #8 seed Salmen.

"This is the third straight playoffs that we've faced Salmen," Crimson Tide coach Alan Shaw said. "It's a long drive and a long way down there. They're a tough team that is consistently in the Top 28. It's going to be a tough, tough battle."

The Doyline Panthers are the #14 seed in Class B and will host #16 Grace Christian Friday night at 7 p.m.

"We don't have a lot of info on them yet," Doyline coach Michael Normand said. "I believe if we stay focused and play at our best we can play with most teams in Class B. they are 24-8 so obviously they know how to win."

The North Webster Knights, #17 seed in Class 3A will travel to #16 seeded Union Parish for a first-round game.
