Police put brakes  on cocaine carrier

A police officer, who stopped a vehicle short on brake lights, arrested a Minden man for possession of crack cocaine, proving there is no such thing as a "routine" traffic stop.

Kenneth Mitchell, 45, was arrested for possession of CDS Sch. II (crack cocaine), possession of drug paraphernalia, open container and misrepresentation during booking.
