Kids going green

For more than a decade, children have been getting in touch with nature by coming to the Farm for the annual summer Earth Camp sponsored by Cultural Crossroads.

Creating works of art from recycled and natural material, children ages 6-16 have found the experience both memorable and rewarding.

"From painting to mosaics, the various art processes taught at the Farm will include a recycling component," said Chris Broussard, camp director and instructor.
