Stroller roams off to prisonTaking an evening stroll down the middle of the street has netted one Minden resident a stay in jail on more serious charges.

James Ray Jackson, 34, of the 800 block of Sibley Road, was arrested by Minden Police for felony possession of CDS Sch. I (marijuana) and simple obstructon of a highway.
