Pit Bull attack injures children

Bruce Franklin returned home around 6:15 p.m., Sunday after completing a project at the Minden Press-Herald where he is web and social media editor. He was getting out of his vehicle at his Tillman Drive home when he heard screams of children coming from the street.

"I looked over and saw two kids standing on the top of two parked cars on the other side of the street, about that time the pit bull jumped onto the car and knocked one little boy off the car," Franklin said.
