Lady Apaches fall at home to Lady Raiders

The Glenbrook Lady Apaches came out on the wrong end of a 6-4 decision against the Riverfield Lady Raiders at home.

The Lady Apaches led most of the game at 2-1 behind excellent pitching and defense, but the Lady Raiders strung together several hits in the sixth inning and Glenbrook fell victim to a couple fielding errors in the process.

The Lady Apaches had eight hits in the game, but holes were hard to find in a stout Lady Raider defense.

Carsin Spurlock singled, and was honored before the game for senior night. Spurlock has been a three-year starter for the Lady
