The Minden Noon and Minden Evening Lions Club teamed up to complete Cubsight screenings at Doyline High School. Children 6 and under were eligible to have their eyes screened to determine any vision problems. The Lions were able to screen 41 kindergarteners and first graders. The clubs plan to visit local schools and daycares until the end of the school year. Other participating members were Jessica Lewis, Kagnee Veitch and Kelly McCaa. For more information on the Cubsight screenings, contact Mike Trainor at 268-6772.
