Funeral services for Louise McDuff will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden with the Rev. Ray Holmon officiating. Interment will follow at Bistineau Cemetery in Heflin. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Monday, Aug. 17, 2015 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Louise was born Sept. 27, 1927 in Plain Dealing and entered into rest Aug. 15, 2015 in Shreveport.

She was preceded in death by her husband, J. T. McDuff Sr.; sons, J. T. McDuff Jr., Eugene McDuff; parents, William and Janie Norment; sister Willie Gingles; and brother Herbert Norment Jr.

She is survived by her son, James McDuff of Heflin; daughters, Mary Ann Saucier Marr and husband Frankie of Heflin, Delores Kennedy and husband Ed of Delphi, Indiana, Suzie Dickerson and husband Michael of Siloam Springs, Arkansas; brother, Lyman Lester Norment and wife Diane of Magnolia, Arkansas; 16 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and five great-great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Ted Kennedy, James Paul Kennedy, Gary Martin, Aaron Martin, Ben McDuff and J. T. McDuff III.

Honorary pallbearers will be Jared Foster, Jordan Kennedy, Ethan Martin, Gary Martin Jr., Jordan McKenzie, Jordan McDuff, Joe Norwood, Tristan McDuff, Darvin Watts, Aiden Smith, Brenden Deaton, Cole Lester and Wyatt Lester.
