MAR-C Industries receives donation from Knights of Columbus

On behalf of the Knights of Columbus’ Louisiana State Council, Joe Morgan, right, presents Holly White, representing MAR-C Industries, with a donation of $803 to go toward the MAR-C van fund set up at MBL Bank. MAR-C is a private, non-profit workshop for adults with disabilities. Employees receive job training, job opportunities and socialization skills. MAR-C does yard work, ironing, small assembly and recycling. For more information about MAR-C, call 377-4774.
