Marsha Peaker Shuler

Funeral services for Marsha Peaker Shuler will be held Saturday, July 28, 2018 at 10 a.m. at First United Methodist Church of Minden with Rev. Brian Mercer officiating. Interment will follow at Gardens of Memory in Minden. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Friday, July 27, 2018 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden.

Marsha was born January 25, 1944 in Minden, Louisiana and entered into rest July 24, 2018 in Minden, Louisiana.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronnie “Pop” Shuler.

She is survived by her daughters; Andrea Madden of Shreveport, Jennifer Thomas and husband Tim of Minden and Jessica Howard and husband Gary of Colorado, brothers; Ken Peaker of Monroe and Butch Peaker and wife Rita of Minden, grandchildren; Blake Thomas and wife Allison, Levi Madden and wife Darien, Jake Madden and wife Leah, Bailee Hurley and husband Adam, Ethan Carlisle, Sydney Carlisle, Cameron Collins, and Daemon Howard, and great-grandchildren: Liam, Ella Kate, and Allie.

Pallbearers will be Dickie Davis, Fred Elzen, Bobby Mourad, Wayne Orr, Donald Haynes, and Billy Chanler.

The family extends special thanks to Nancy Hines and staff of Savannah Court, Michael Chanler, M.D., Alan Moseley, and ELC medical staff.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to First United Methodist Church.
