Michael Cook, of the 5500 block of Whites Ferry Road in Monroe, entered a plea of not guilty to entry/remain on premises after being forbidden, operating a vehicle with a suspended license, and proof of insurance. Further disposition is set for May 4.

Tekeiya Harvey, of the 400 block of WR Reeder, entered a plea of guilty to maximum speed limit. Fines have been paid.

Eric Smith, of the 1400 block of Lincoln Avenue, was charged with possession of Schedule I CDS. Arraignment is set for May 4.

The citation for running a stop sign against Darlena Wesley, of the 600 block of Sunset Lane, was dismissed.

Holly Hunter, of the 1000 block of Drew Lane, entered a plea of guilty to dogs running at large. The second charge of dogs running at large was dismissed. She must pay $249.50 in court costs and a $100 fine or serve 10 days in the Webster Parish Jail. Review is set for May 4.

Jaccory Miller, of the 600 block of Lodge Street, was charged with hit and run and no driver’s license on person. The reckless operation charge was dismissed. For the charge of hit and run he must pay a $250 fine plus $157.50 in court costs or serve 25 days in the Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. He must served 20 days, suspended, in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. For the charge of no driver’s license on person, he must pay a $100 fine or serve 10 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.

Robert Triplett, of the 200 block of Crestview, was charged with driving while intoxicated and careless operation. Further disposition set for June 22.

Curasha Adams, of the 900 block of Carolina Street, entered a plea of guilty to disturbing the peace in a violent manner. She must pay a $50 fine plus $249.50 in court costs or serve five days in the Webster Parish Jail.

The charge of disturbing the peace in a violent manner against Zikerrion Baker, of the 700 block of Wood Street, was dismissed.

Edgar Ford, of the 2700 block of West 4th Street in Arcadia, entered a plea of guilty to public drunkenness and drinking in public places. Fines and court costs have been paid.

Tango Frazier, of the 900 block of Carolina, entered a plea of guilty to disturbing the peace in a violent manner. Defendant failed to appear. She must pay a fine of $50 and $249.50 in court costs.

Emily Lamartiniere, of the 200 block of Danforth Road in Athens, was charged with theft of goods. The defendant requested more time to pay court costs. Review is set for June 1.

Carol Price, of the 900 block of Brackin Street, entered a plea of guilty to careless operation and improper lane use. Fines and court costs have been paid.

Cortaveious Rice, of the 200 block of Barbara Drive, entered a plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated. Fines and court costs were paid, probation is complete.

Dena Stevens, of the 1300 block of Mill Street in Ringgold, entered a plea of guilty to theft of goods. She must pay a fine of $250 and $299.50 in court costs or serve 25 days in the Webster Parish Jail. Must not go to Walmart until all fines and court costs are paid. She was sentenced to six months of unsupervised probation.

Russell Waltman, of the 100 block of High Street, entered a plea of guilty to hit and run. He must pay a $300 fine plus $175 in court costs or serve 30 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. He was sentenced to 20 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, suspended, and six months of unsupervised probation. Review is set for May 4.

Kyle Wiggins, of the 400 block of Warren Road in Ringgold, was charged with simple battery. Fines and court costs have been paid.

Ventavious Williams, of the 700 block of Peach Street, was charged with disturbing the peace in a violent manner. Must improve grades.

Vernecia Bender, of the 1400 block of Lawhorn in Homer, was charged with unauthorized use of an access card, fraud-access device, simple criminal damage to property, and identity theft.. Trial is set for May 25 for the charge of unauthorized use of an access card. Trial for the charged of fraud access device, identity theft and simple criminal damage to property is set for May 2.

Stanton Cobbs, of the 900 blockof Alabama in Monroe, was charged with possession of Schedule I CDS and no child restraint. The charges of improper lane use and expired driver’s license were dismissed. He must pay a $350 fine and $549.50 in court costs, or serve 45 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. He was sentenced to 15 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, suspended, and six months of unsupervised probation.

Kevin Culp, of the 800 block of Cline Street, entered a plea of guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication. He must pay a $150 fine plus $249.50 in court costs or serve 15 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. Review is set for May 4.

Roy Doyle, of the 100 block of Loop Road, entered a plea of not guilty to possession of Schedule I CDS. Further disposition set for May 25.

Kia Eason, of the 100 block of Hillside Lane, entered a plea of guilty to no driver’s license and no insurance. The charges of switched tags and failure to yield were dismissed. She must pay $200 in fines plus $242.50 in court costs or serve 10 days in the Webster Parish Jail.

Robert George, of the 600 block of Columbia Street, entered a plea of guilty to disturbing the peace by intoxication, entry/remain on premises after being forbidden, and simple criminal damage to property. The charges of resisting arrest or officer and open container violation were dismissed. For the charge of disturbing the peace by intoxication, he must pay a $249.50 fee plus $399.50 in court costs, or serve 25 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. He was sentenced to 30 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, suspended, six months of probation, and 16 hours of community service. On the charge of entry/remain on premises, he must pay a $249.50 fine or serve 30 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. On the charge of simple criminal damage to property, he must pay a $100 fine or serve 10 days at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.

Joshua Gosa, of the 200 block of Grisby Road, was charged with driving while intoxicated and hit and run. Further disposition set for May 25.

Sha’Courtney Grant, of the 700 block of Plum Street, entered a plea of guilty to interfering with an officer and no driver’s license. She must pay $150 in fines plus $249.50 in court costs or serve 15 days in the Webster Parish Jail. Review is set for May 4.

Preshonia Hampton, of the 2500 block of Coleman Street in Gibsland, entered a plea of guilty to child desertion. She must pay a $40 fine plus $299.50 in court costs or serve four hours in Webster Parish Jail.

Kartonio Jones, of the 600 block of Woods Street, entered a plea of guilty to disturbing the peace. He was sentenced to 90 days of probation, suspended, and six months of unsupervised probation.

Malando Kemp, of the 500 block of Constable Street, entered a plea of guilty to driving while intoxicated. The general speed law charge was dismissed. He must pay a $500 fine plus $557 in court costs or serve 60 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center. He was sentenced to 60 days in Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center, suspended, six months of probation, and 32 hours of community service.

Hannah Moss, of the 100 block of Yount Drive, entered a plea of guilty to theft by fraud. She must pay a $150 fine plus $349.50 in court costs or serve 15 days in the Webster Parish Jail. Review is set for August 10.

Derrick Pennington, of the 1400 block of Lewisville Road, entered a plea of not guilty to disturbing the peace by simple assault. Trial is set for May 25.

Janecia Scott, of the 100 block of Barbara Drive, entered a plea of not guilty to disturbing the peace by fighting. She must pay $249.50 in court costs.

Joseph Short, of the 600 block of McIntyre Street, entered a plea of not guilty to operating vehicles without required equipment. Defendant failed to appear.

The charge of off road vehicles against Bruce Sterling, of the 900 block of Watterman, was dismissed.
