The Minden High School band received a donation from Cultural Crossroads to help them purchase instruments.

Band director Curtis Mills III says he will go through the current instruments and assess the needs before making purchases.

“This is huge, the contribution they were willing to make,” he said. “I think hopefully it’s bright beginnings from here on out.
