The Minden Crimson Tide returns home Friday for a match up with longtime foe, Woodlawn.

The Tide is coming off a 42-14 loss to Haughton, and the team is hungry to right the ship and start off 1-0 in district play.

Head coach Spencer Heard hopes being at home can fuel the Tide past the Knights.

“We’re glad to be back home,” Heard said. “It should be a big crowd and the boys are excited about the game.”
Woodlawn comes into this game with a vaunted defensive line, led by big-time recruit T.D. Moton. Moton is currently committed to Alabama.
