Minden Police Officer gives impromptu lesson on K-9 partner

Minden Police Officer Clint Smith speaks to kids at the Minden Recreation Center Sunday. District B Minden City Councilwoman Fayrine Kennon-GIlbert says Smith was at the Rec. Center on a call when kids began to gather and look on. Kennon-Gilbert said the officer showed the children his K-9 partner, Harley and explained what Harley does as his partner. Kennon-Gilbert went on to say Smith gave a great lesson to the children and was a great example of the good officers in Minden.
