One arrested on cruelty warrants

DUBBERLY – A woman was arrested following a child welfare complaint when Webster Parish Sheriff’s deputies discovered she had outstanding warrants from the Shreveport Police Department.

Christina M. Mann, 35, of the 100 block of Magnolia Street, was arrested for cruelty to juveniles and on three warrants for child restraint, expired driver’s license and theft of goods.

Deputy Tommy Zilliner went to the Dubberly address in reference to the complaint. He made contact with Mann, and during a criminal background check, he discovered she had three active warrants for her arrest.

She was placed under arrest and booked at Bayou Dorcheat Correctional Center.
