Melanie Edwards, 37, of the 100 block of Thompson Place in Dubberly, was arrested as a fugitive from the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Robert A. Molmar, 44, of the 400 block of Goodwill Street, was arrested for felony theft of goods.

William Mansell, 56, of the 500 block of Kennon Street, was arrested for simple battery.

Brian Green, 32, of the 1000 block of Brenda Circle, was arrested for driving under suspension, reckless operation, and no child restraint.

Brandon Winston, 36, of the 800 block of Watterman Street, was arrested for possession of marijuana, open container, no proof of insurance, and left of center.

Tony Wooldridge, 45, of the 400 block of Goodwill Street, was arrested for felony theft of goods, possession of Schedule II CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James R. Andrews II, 31, of the 200 block of Stanley Street in Dixie Inn, was arrested for possession of Schedule II CDS with intent to distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Donna Warnkie, 30, of the 400 block of Frenfrock Street in Pasadena, Texas, was arrested for disturbing the peace by intoxication.

Margarita Guerva, 24, of the 2600 block of Sherman Street in Houston, was arrested for disturbing the peace by intoxication.

Kenyaskey Moore, 31, of the 700 block of Peach Street, was arrested for theft and public drunkenness.

Kadarion Mason, 18, of the 100 block of Camp Street, was arrested for principal to second degree murder, principal to illegal use of a weapon, and contributing the the delinquency of a minor.

Charkeitha Carr, 21, of the 100 block of Dowell Lane, was arrested for theft and unauthorized use of an access card.

Robert Triplett, 60, of the 200 block of Crestview, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and careless operation.

Jamarea Allen, 21, of the 1500 block of Coty Street in Shreveport, was arrested as a fugitive from the Bossier City Police Department.

Malcardrick Jones, 28, of the 100 block of Dixon Road, was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kenneth Green, 49, of North Talton Street, was arrested for possession of Schedule II CDS.

Rodney Seamster, 49, of Sullivan Street in Bossier City, was arrested for speeding and issuing worthless checks.

Holly Hunter, 41, of Drew Lane, was arrested for cruelty to a juvenile and obstruction of justice.

Treniece Shenee, 34, of the 6500 block of Highway 531 in Heflin, was arrested on a warrant for aggravated second degree battery.

Tabitha Weems, 24, of Ann Street in Bossier City, was arrested as a fugitive from the Bossier Parish Sheriff’s Office.

Zachary Maness, of the 21,000 block of Highway 371 in Cotton Valley, was arrested on warrants for driving under suspension, speeding, no seat belt, and probation and parole.

Kristopher Baker, 27, of the 100 block of Shane Drive, was arrested for failure to appear.

Bryan Graves, 19, of the 100 block of Palmetto Drive in Doyline, was arrested for second degree battery and simple battery.

Zachary Ainsworth, 36, of the 700 block of Old Sarepta Church Road in Sarapta, was arrested on a probation warrant.

Andy Worley, 58, of the 500 block of Millpond Road in Springhill, was arrested for domestic abuse battery.

Robert Cobb, 36, of the 400 block of North Dudney Road in Magnolia Arkansas, was arrested for conspiracy to commit burglary and racketeering.
