Kelsi R. Lewis Moss, 23, of the 1400 block of Lewisville Road, was arrested for child desertion and as a fugitive from Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Michael Loud, 23, of the 2000 block of School Street in Gibsland, was arrested as a fugitive from the Bienville Sheriff’s Office.
Tyrone Winzer, 38, of the 600 block of Stone Street, was arrested for failure to signal, open container, and driving while intoxicated (second offense).
Barry Cooper, Jr., 24, of the 100 block of N. Talton Street, was arrested for battery of the infirmed.
Manuel Grace Peterson, 23, of the 3200 block of Fulton Street in Shreveport, was arrested for interfering with police and as a fugitive from Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office.
Frank Ellish, 45, of the 100 block of W. Roosevelt, was arrested for disturbing the peace by intoxication.
Deandre C. Harrison, 29, of the 500 block of Joel Street, was arrested for home invasion, second degree attempted rape, sexual battery, and resisting an officer by flight.
Troy Courtney, 35, of the 200 block of Old Highway 80, was arrested for simple battery.
Joshua M. Shipp, 24, of the 700 block of Almond Circle, was arrested for domestic abuse battery with strangulation and child endangerment and as a fugitive from Minden Police Department.
Lish Island, Jr., 44, of the 1000 block of Bayou Avenue, was arrested on warrants for driving on right side of the road, no insurance, driving under suspension, resisting by flight, no child restraint, and tail lamps.
Edward Rowe, 46, of the 300 block of Gilbert Street, was arrested for distribution of Schedule I CDS (natural marijuana) and parole warrant.
Misty Bryan, 33, of the 200 block of Mary Drive, was arrested on a bench warrant for failure to appear on no headlights.
Demarcus Willis, 29, of the 500 block of W. Marshall, was arrested for no brake lights and driving under suspension.
