Webster Parish School Board Superintendent Johnny Rowland joined the Minden Lions Club as guest speaker at Thursday’s weekly Lions Luncheon. Rowland expressed his gratitude to those who have helped in his transition from Personnel Director to Superintendent and shared some of his long-term goals, chief among them fiscal responsibility and gains in student achievement.
