Southwood Apartments in Sibley under boil advisory

The Town of Sibley has issued an immediate boil advisory for Southwood Apartments after the Sibley Water System experienced problems with the water supply.

Customers are advised not to drink, brush their teeth or rinse food unless the water has been disinfected first. Water should be brought to a full boil for at least one minute and allowed to cool before using.

The advisory will remain in effect until samples collected have been tested and found safe by the State Health Department.
