Funeral services for Virginia L. Toms will be at 1 p.m. Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home Chapel in Minden with the Rev. Bill Crider officiating. Interment will follow at Camp Ground Cemetery in Bienville. The family will receive friends from 5 til 7 p.m. Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home.
Virginia was born Nov. 23, 1926 in Bienville Parish and entered into rest March 27, 2016 in Minden. She was a dental assistant for Dr. Lowe for many years in Arcadia.
She was preceded in death by her husband Lora J. Toms and granddaughter Tami Reynolds.
She is survived by her son William Curtis Hirth and wife Cindy of Dubberly, daughter Karen Frances Hirth of Sibley, special granddaughter Ginger Swilley, and numerous grand and great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
