Gary Lynn Bell: Pled guilty to aggravated flight from an officer where human life is endangered and unauthorized use of a movable valued in excess of $500. resisting an officer with force or violence, illegal possession of stolen things over $500 but under $1,500, simple burglary, and aggravated criminal damage to property charges were dismissed. Sentenced to five years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections, suspended all but two years with credit for time served, must pay $500 plus court costs, $2,820.56 restitution, 15 percent within three years, five years of active supervised probation, $71 monthly fee in lieu of community service for aggravated flight from an officer charge. Rachal Coleman: Charged with theft of $500 or more but less than $1,500 and theft of goods under $500. Status conference set for Sept. 21. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Brearia K. Henderson: Pled guilty to hit and run driving. Improper child restraint and no insurance charges dismissed. Sentenced to $250 plus court costs or spend 20 days in Webster Parish Jail, 15 days in Webster Parish jail, suspended, six months of active supervised probation, $75 monthly fee. Probation will become unsupervised when debt is paid off.

Tadazion Jackson: Charged with possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon and possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Lamorris Manning: Charged with distribution of a schedule I CDS. Status conference set for Sept. 25. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Amanda L. Miller: Pled guilty to amended charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief. Sentenced to 90
days, suspended, one year of active supervised probation, $75 monthly feet or community service in leiu of fee. Must pay court costs within one year and enroll in and complete parenting course.

Joshua Mitcham: Charged with pornography involving juveniles, indecent behavior with a juvenile, computer aided solicitation of a minor, and carnal knowledge. Probation continued. Residence to be investigated before defendant is released onto probation.

Jammarrco D. Price: Charged with gross littering. Bench warrant issued. Bond set at $2,500.

Brandon Randolph: Pled guilty to simple burglary, unauthorized use of a movable valued in excess of $500, and resisting an officer by flight. Aggravated criminal damage to property, contributing to the delinquency of juveniles, and illegal possession of stolen things under $500. Sentenced to five years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections, deferred, four years of active supervised probation, $71 monthly fee in lieu of community service, must pay $500 plus court costs within two years for simple burglary charge. Sentenced to 30 days in Webster Parish Jail, credit for time served, concurrent. Probation transferred to St. Mary Parish. Must complete GED.

Shannon D. Strother. Charged with racketeering. Status conference set for Sept. 21. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Rex Taylor: Pled not guilty to resisting an officer with force or violence, disturbing the peace by appearing in an intoxicated condition, and simple battery. Status conference set for Sept. 21. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Dylan Turk: Charged with resisting an officer with force or violence. Sentencing hearing set for Nov. 6.

James C. Bennett: Charged with simple burglary. Status conference continued for Sept. 28. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Tommy Lee Beverly: Pled not guilty to forgery and conspiracy forgery. Status conference set for Oct. 12. Trial set for Dec. 7.

Michael J. Brunson, Jr: Charged with possession of a Schedule II CDS. Sentenced to three years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections, suspended, one year of active supervised probation, must pay $1,000 plus court costs.

Cne Coleman: Charged with felony simple criminal damage to property. Must serve 90 days.

Sylvester Coleman: Pled not guilty to resisting an officer with force or violence. Status conference set for Nov. 16. Trial set for Feb. 19, 2016.

Carlton R. Eason: Charged with 21 counts of theft of $1,500 or more. Motion to reconsider sentence continued for Aug. 28.

Keidre M. Erving: Charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute a Schedule II CDS, possession with intent to distribute a Schedule IV CDS, improper driving left of center, and open containers. Arraignment passed to Sept. 21. Status conference set for Nov. 16. Trial set for Feb. 29, 2016.

David Scott Fuller: Charged with possession of a firearm or carrying a concealed weapon by a convicted felon, improper use of registration/license plates/license, no insurance, and operating a vehicle with an expired motor vehicle inspection. Bench warrant issued. Hold in abeyance until Aug. 28. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Demartrae Harris: Pled not guilty to forgery and conspiracy forgery. Status conference set for Oct. 12. Trial set for Dec. 7.

Robert Holloway: Charged with conspiracy to distribute a Schedule II CDS and attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent. Sentenced to 15 years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections, suspended, five yeas of active supervised probation to run concurrent with latter charge. Must pay $5,000 plus court costs prorated over first two years. Probation hearing continued due to medical condition for attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent charge.

Bobby Antoine Johnson: For second degree sexual battery. Sentenced to five years of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections without benefit.

Sonya Rena Johnson: Pled not guilty to issuing worthless checks $1,500 or more. Status conference set for Nov. 16. Trial set for Feb. 29, 2016.

Joseph W. Lewis: Pled not guilty to domestic abuse aggravated assault, aggravated criminal damage to property, operating a vehicle while under suspension for certain prior offenses, and no insurance. Status conference set for Oct. 26. Trial set for Jan. 25, 2016.

Keodrick Loud: Pled guilty to attempted introduction of contraband into or upon the grounds of any state correctional institution and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids (second offense). Criminal conspiracy charge dismissed. Sentenced to one year of hard labor at the Louisiana Department of Corrections for introducing contraband into or upon any state correctional institution. Sentenced to six months in the Webster Parish Jail for possession of marijuana charge. Charges to run concurrent to any other charges.

Britt J. Moody Jr: Pled not guilty to simple burglary, simple criminal damage to property valued at $500 or more but under $50,000, resisting an officer by flight, and theft under $750. Status conference set for Sept. 18. Trial set for Nov. 2.

Crystal Neely: Pled guilty to possession of a Schedule II CDS. Sentenced to one year of hard labor, suspended, two years of active supervised probation. Must pay $1,500 plus court costs prorated over the first six months.

Carttavious Qualls: Charged with molestation of a juvenile. Status conference continued for Sept. 28. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Richard Vines: Pled guilty to theft of goods under $500. Sentenced to six months in the Webster Parish Jail, suspended, one year of active supervised probation, must pay $500 plus court costs prorated over the first six months.
