Jonathan Lee Cobb: Charged with second degree battery and disturbing the peace by fighting. Must pay costs by Nov. 20 for no appearance. Trial set for Sept. 14.

Mia A. Day: Pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia. Entry on or remaining in places or on land after being forbidden; charge was dismissed. Must pay $250 plus court costs plus three witness fees within 90 days or serve six months in Webster Parish Jail.

Charles H. Denson III: Pled guilty to simple battery. Sentenced to 120 days in Webster Parish Jail, credit for time served.

Henry R. Hudson: Pled not guilty to criminal mischief. Status conference set for August 3.

Eric L. Jackson: Charged with possession of marijuana – third offense. Probation revoked, half concurrent with sentence, other consecutive reentry program.

Amanda Nolan: Pled guilty to improper supervision of a minor by parent or legal custodian. Sentenced to 60 days in Webster Parish Jail, suspended, one year active supervised probation, $35 monthly fee. Must pay $250 plus court costs, suspended. Children are to be in school with no tardies or unexcused absences.

Tyrone C. Nolan: Charged with disturbing the peace. Bench warrant issued. Triple bond amount.

Jason W. Prichard: Charged with distribution of a Schedule II CDS. Forfeiture of vehicle ordered.

Justin Lynn Rowell: Charged with simple criminal damage to property valued at $500 or more but under $50,000, two counts of simple assault, and domestic abuse battery. Status hearing passed to August 3. Trial set for Dec. 7.

Gregory Stroud: Pled guilty to amended charge of DWI, second offense, and operating a vehicle while license is suspended/revoked/cancelled. Sentenced to six months in Webster Parish Jail, suspended all but 48 hours, one year active supervised probation, driver’s improvement and substance abuse programs within 60 days for DWI charge. Sentenced to 30 days, $75 monthly fee, MADD program within 60 days, refrain from alcohol and criminal acts for invalid license charge. Must pay $250 plus court costs within 120 days.

Braylon Lee Wembley: Pled not guilty to obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids. Status conference set for Sept. 21. Trial set for Oct. 19.

Billy E. Yeager, Jr: Charged with simple assault and disturbing the peace. Probation revoked, credit for time served for this charge only.

Tabrintondrazeous D. Allen: Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS, obstruction of justice by tampering with evidence, flight from an officer, improper turn and/or failure to give required signal, and operating a vehicle while license suspended/revoked/cancelled. Offer rejected. Trial set for Dec. 7.

George Gomillion: Charged with felony theft. Probation warrant issued, to be held without bond.

Ceasre Chancinni Hollingsworth: Charged with possession with intent to distribute a Schedule I CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Status hearing passed to Oct. 12. Trial set for Dec. 7.

Chatavia Ivory: Charged with cruelty to juveniles and domestic abuse battery with child endangerment. Trial maintained for August 17.

Dominick Jackson: Charged with distribution of cocaine. Probation revoked, credit for time served. Sentence to run concurrent. Any new sentencing to run consecutive.

Dominick Q. Jackson: Charged with five counts of distribution of a Schedule II CDS and one count possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids over 28 grams, three of the counts of distribution of a Schedule II CDS and possession of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoids over 28 grams charges dismissed. Sentence to 20 year of hard labor at Louisiana Department of Corrections. Any money will be forfeited, Cadillac returned to owner.

Tyrone T. Kennon: Charged with five counts of distribution of a Schedule II CDS. Four of the five counts were dismissed. Sentenceed to 20 years.

John Robert Scott: Charged with possession of a Schedule II CDS and unauthorized use of access card $500 or more but less than $1,500. Passed to further date. Held at Bossier Max.

Kimako Sills: Charged with domestic abuse battery (strangulation – first offense). Maintain trial for August 17.

Nathan Thomas: Charged with attempted distribution of cocaine. Probation revoked. Serve original sentence, credit for time served. Must attend substance abuse and GED programs.

Timothy Edwin Thompson, Jr: Charged with bank fraud. Probation revoked. Serve original sentence, credit for time served. Restitution recommended.

Barbara Lynn Warren: Charged with two counts of issuing worthless checks, bank fraud, monetary instrument abuse, and racketeering. Pled not guilty to racketeering. Status hearing passed to July 24.

Raymond Warren: Charged with identity theft, access device fraud, unlicensed possession of fraudulent documents for identification purposes, computer fraud, issuing worthless checks, bank fraud, forgery, monetary instrument abuse, online impersonation, and racketeering. Pled not guilty to racketeering. Status conference moved to July 24. Trial set for Dec. 7.

Gregory L. Wynne: Charged with possession of Schedule III CDS. Bench warrant issued. New bond doubled.

Yron Yrue Young: Pled guilty to distribution of a Schedule IV CDS and possession of a Schedule II CDS. Sentenced to five years of hard labor at Louisiana Department of Corrections, credit for time served for count one. Sentenced to two years of hard labor at Louisiana Department of Corrections, credit for time served. Sentences to run consecutive.
