Webster schools celebrate Red Ribbon Week

by Minden Press-Herald

16308_NFP14_Poster_12x18Red Ribbon Week focuses on educating students on choices that promote healthy and drug-free living. Each October, a week long anti-drug campaign launches in schools across the nation, with a focus of educating students about choices that promote healthy and drug-free living.

Please help Webster Parish celebrate Red Ribbon Week from October 27 through October 31. This year’s theme is “Love Yourself! Be Drug Free!”

The need for drug prevention efforts never diminishes, so we ask that you join us in our efforts to take a stand against drugs, and support the efforts of your local Webster Parish schools by wearing red during the week of October 27-31. Together, we can all Love Ourselves and Be Drug Free!

All Webster Parish schools have events planned for Red Ribbon Week to spread the message about remaining – Drug, Alcohol and Tobacco Free.
