Cultural Crossroads, Webster Parish’s only 501(c)(3) nonprofit arts organization, was established in 1994 by founder Chris Broussard and a group of local business leaders. The organization’s mission is to preserve cultural heritage and promote the arts throughout the region. Its roots trace back to 1993 with the inaugural “Patches and Pictures” event, which celebrated Minden’s history and laid the foundation for the organization’s ongoing work.
