First Methodist Church (FMC) of Minden is once again ushering in the fall season with its annual Pumpkin Patch, offering a wide selection of pumpkins for the community. The event, which runs through October 31, invites residents to find the perfect pumpkin for their fall festivities, with all proceeds benefiting the church’s missions and children’s ministries.
Open Monday through Saturday from 1 PM to 7 PM, the Pumpkin Patch features pumpkins of all shapes and sizes, including traditional pumpkins, Snowball Pumpkins, Gourds, Weebies, Spookies, and Swan Gourds. Prices are determined by the size of each pumpkin, and all purchases support FMC’s global mission efforts and local initiatives.
In addition to the pumpkin sales, the event serves as a gathering spot for the community. Families can enjoy photo booths set up throughout the patch, making it an ideal destination for fall outings.
The church invites everyone to stop by and enjoy this beloved tradition. Visitors are encouraged to visit the front of the church to browse the pumpkin selection.
The funds raised through pumpkin sales will go directly to the FMC Missions Committee, which supports a variety of charitable efforts locally and internationally.
This year’s Pumpkin Patch continues to be a highlight of the fall season, offering a chance for families to gather, enjoy the outdoors, and support a worthy cause.
