Samuel Moya, 17, of the 400 block of O’Glee Road in Plain Dealing was last seen on January 24th. Moya left the residence and was taken to a friend’s residence in Springhill, LA. Family members have been in phone contact with Moya but he refuses to disclose his location and has since stopped answering calls or responding to text messages. Moya is a white male and stands approximately 5’7”, and weighs 120 lbs., with brown hair and brown eyes.
