Last week, Webster Parish Libraries’ Heflin Library Branch buzzed with excitement during a Paper Cup Robot Craft Session, delighting young crafters and their families. Led by the library’s manager, Dedra, the session aimed to spark creativity and fun while fostering a love for crafting and reading.

Kids of all ages gathered at the library to transform ordinary paper cups into extraordinary robots, each uniquely designed with colorful circuits and heartfelt messages, just in time for Mother’s Day. The atmosphere was filled with laughter and imagination as children unleashed their creativity, bringing their robot visions to life.

From crafting intricate designs to personalizing their robots with special messages, the children poured their hearts into their creations, showcasing their artistic talents and innovative thinking. It was a joyous sight to witness the gears turning in their heads as they brainstormed ideas and brought them to fruition.

The Paper Cup Robot Craft Session served as a wonderful opportunity for children to explore their creativity in a supportive and engaging environment. Through hands-on activities like this, Webster Parish Libraries continue to inspire young minds, encouraging a lifelong love for learning and creativity.
