RUSTON — Louisiana Tech set to face Middle Tennessee in the first round of the CUSA Conference Tournament on Wednesday at 4 PM at J.C. Love Field at Pat Patterson Park.

ABOUT LOUISIANA TECH (41-16, 18-6 CUSA)
Tech is coming off a series sweep against Liberty last week. LA Tech earned the 2024 CUSA Regular Season Title after sweeping and Dallas Baptist dropping the Sunday matchup against Middle Tennessee. Tech is going into the CUSA Conference Tournament as the number-one seed for the first time in program history.
ABOUT MIDDLE TENNESSEE (20-34, 8-16 CUSA)
Middle Tennessee dropped the series against DBU over the weekend. Middle Tennessee managed to come away with a win on Sunday. Middle Tennessee earned the eighth seed going into the CUSA Conference Tournament.
THE SERIES
LA Tech is 21-17 against Middle Tennessee all-time in head-to-head matchups. LA Tech picked up a series win over Middle Tennessee earlier in March.
