High school baseball: Glenbrook opens 1-1A play with rout of Ringgold

The Glenbrook Apaches opened District 1-1A play with a 20-0 victory over Ringgold in two innings Wednesday at Glenbrook.

Glenbrook scored 18 runs in the first inning. 

Seth Mangrum went 2-for-2 with a double and four RBI. Sam Ricord and Hudson Glasscock had two RBI each. 

Darron Hollingsworth and Ryan Reagan both doubled.

Dawson Day pitched both innings. He allowed one hit and struck out five.

Glenbrook (5-6) is scheduled to host Loyola Thursday at 6.
