The Glenbrook Lady Apaches and Doyline Lady Panthers were winners Monday.
Glenbrook defeated Plain Dealing 14-0 in a District 1-1A opener at Glenbrook. Doyline swept a doubleheader against Mansfield 26-3 and 22-7 at Mansfield,
Elsewhere, Lakeside fell to Winnfield 14-1 at Winnfield.
At Glenbrook, 16 Lady Apaches got a chance to bat. Vivian Still went 2-for-2 with a double and two RBI.
Rebecca Mosley, Savannah Mangrum, Audrey Frye and Chloe Gregg combined on a no-hitter. Mosley pitched the first inning for the win.
Glenbrook (7-5) hosts Evangel Christian Tuesday at 5:30 p.m.
At Mansfield, Karmadie Bartlett went 3-for-3 with three RBI in the first game.
Keily Sumlin had two doubles and four RBI. Sariyah Gill went 2-for-3 with a double and three RBI.
Arianns Crump had four RBI. Kanyion Bartlett, Savannah Stanley, Raelynn Pease and Shadavion Martin all had two RBI. Gill got the win.
Sumlin went 3-for-4 with two home runs and eight RBI in the second game.
Gill went 2-for-3 with three RBI. Crump went 2-for-2.
Karmadie Bartlett had three RBI. Kanyion Bartlett, Stanley and Martin all had two RBI.
Doyline (4-3) hosts Forest Thursday at 4.
