The Lakeside Lady Warriors ran their record to 5-0 with a 12-0 victory over Northwood in five innings Thursday in Shreveport.
Lakeside scored two runs in each of the first three innings then added four in the fourth and two more in the fifth.
Ella Wood pitched a two-hitter with two strikeouts and no walks. She also went 2-for-3 with a double and two RBI.
Emily Jones went 2-for-2 with a home run and two RBI. McKenna Chreene went 2-for-3 with a home run and three RBI.
Raleah Harris and McKensie Hamiter both had a double and two RBI.
Lakeside plays Ouachita Christian Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Sterlington tournament. The Lady Warriors will also face Hamburg, Ark., at 3.
Elsewhere, Doyline fell to Haynesville 11-5 at Doyline.
Karmadie Bartlett went 2-for-4 with a double. Raelynn Pease and Sariyah Gill also had doubles.
Doyline (2-2) hosts Forest Monday.
