North Webster won the girls division and Doyline sprinter Izayla Harris continued to dominate Thursday in the Haynesville Invitational.
North Webster scored 110 points. Franklin Parish was second with 91 and Haynesville third with 89.
Haynesville won the boys division with 156 points. Franklin Parish was second with 82 and Lakeside third with 70.5.
Harris won the 100 meters in 11.84 seconds, the 200 in 24.92 and the 400 in 1:01.55.
North Webster’s Anekah Coleman was second in the 100 in 12.39 and 200 in 26.81. North Webster’s Kylee Sanders and Germaya Harris finished 2-3 in the 400 in 1:05.87 and 1:07.88, respectively.
Harris also finished second in the triple jump with a leap of 34 feet, 5 inches. Jonesboro-Hodge’s Ciara Gray won with a 36-0.5.
The Lady Knights’ Amiyah White took the 800 in 2:50.29. She finished 1.27 seconds ahead of Franklin Parish’s Karley Ferrington. White also finished third in the 1,600.
Lakeside’s Lexi Bradley and Glenbrook’s Mattison Fowler finished 1-2 in the 1.600 in 5:52.57 and 6:25.45, respectively.
Lakeside’s Madison McGraw took the 3,200 in 16:43.23.
North Webster’s Xhailor McGlothan finished second in the 300 hurdles in 49.58. Gray swept the hurdles, winning the 100 in 16.34 and 300 in 46.15.
The Lady Knights’ Allison Lorenz was second in the pole vault with a 6-6. Franklin Parish’s Payton Byrd won with a 7-0.
North Webster’s Nyla Willis was second in the javelin with an 81-0. Haynesville’s Balaysia Drew won with an 81-8.
North Webster won the 4X100 relay in 49.92 and the 4X200 in 1:46.49. The Lady Knights were second in the 4X400 in 4:43.38. Franklin Parish won in 4:38.04.
Lakeside won the 4X800 in 11:03.62.
Other third-place finishers from Webster Parish schools in individual events were Lakeside’s Mallory Moseley (800) and Glenbrook’s Hadley Haynes (100 hurdles, pole vault)
Glenbrook’s Carson Powell was a double winner in the boys division. He took the 800 in 2:22.47 and the 1,600 in 5:20.41. He finished 1.29 seconds ahead of Red River’s Damija Harris in the 800 and 1.59 ahead of North Webster’s Stephen Merritt in the 1,600.
North Webster’s Slade Lockey won the pole vault with a 10-0.
Lakeside’s Kentravion Miller took the shot put with a 42-6. Franklin Parish’s Derrick Martin was second with a 39-11.
Lakeside’s Chad Davis won the javelin with a 150-9. Homer’s Tymarrion Knowles was second with a 149-9.
Lakeside’s Caleb Barber and Jamarion Evans finished 2-3 in the discus with a 118-6 and 112-2, respectively. Franklin Parish’s Devon Coleman won with a 124-3.
Lakeside’s Gavin Woodall was second in the 3,200 in 12:15.27. He finished just .12 behind Haynesville’s Carl Smith.
North Webster’s Kedrien Cody finished second in the 110 hurdles in 16.02. Haynesville’s Isaiah Washington won in 15.55.
North Webster finished second in the 4X200 relay in 1:32.27. Haynesville won in 1:30.65.
Other third-place finishers from Webster Parish schools in individual events were Lakeside’s Jordan Case (400), Doyline’s Zach Moreno (1,600)and Lakeside’s Collin Walker (long jump).
