Twenty-three students from the Schools of Allied Health Professions & Graduate Studies at LSU Health Shreveport received degrees in a diploma ceremony Friday at LSU Health Shreveport. Above, Allied Health graduates Timothy Johnson of Minden and Shaneque Armstrong of Shreveport received Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology degrees.

That’s my incredibly handsome and intelligent baby boy! He’s worked hard to get where he is. Went to school and worked everyday. And still managed to graduate with honors. He’s such a fine young man. So blessed to have the honor of him calling me Mom! Shout out to the grandparents that had a huge influence while helping me raise him. To my parents, Robert and Katherine Montgomery, we couldn’t have done it without you.
