The Mardi Gras Krewe of Artemis-Springhill participated in the 28th Annual Magnolia, Arkansas, Blossom Festival Saturday. There were approximately one hundred entries, traveling from all over the country, in this year’s World Championship Steak Cook-off. Captain Kristie Morgan, King and Queen Artemis XIV, Kenny and Caye Bryce, and the “Grillin’ Krewe,” representing the north Webster Parish area for the first time, won first runner up parade.
