Leonard “Boot” Chatman

Leonard “Boot” Chatman was born to the late Lisso Chatman and Ira Chatman on February 28, 1955, in Minden, LA. He departed to his heavenly home, on Friday, October 7, 2022. Leonard graduated from Webster High School,  Class of 1973. He is preceded in death by his daughter, Crystal Chatman; his father Lisso, and both his maternal and paternal grandparents. He has so many loved ones to cherish his memories and celebrate his life, including his son Courtney Brooks, one granddaughter Ca’Leah Brooks; his mother, Ira Chatman. Siblings: Johnny Hamilton, Brenda Chatman, Margaret (Freddy) Frazier, and Rickie (Brenda) Chatman; Nieces: Candice James, Wendy (Kevin) Burton, Rae’Jean Chatman, and Avis Frazier. Nephews: Brian Meregini, Rickie Chatman Jr., Chaseton James, and Colton James.
