MBL Bank has announced the appointment of Tracy L. Campbell as Vice President of Business Development and Technology. He will be responsible for leading the community bank’s business development efforts and technology initiatives.

“We’re excited to have Tracy as an integral part of our team,” MBL Bank President and CEO Jack E. Byrd Jr. said. “Tracy has done an outstanding job leading our technology advancements the last three years, and I am confident his leadership will render great results in new business development at MBL Bank.”

Campbell joined MBL Bank in 2013 as its Information Technology Officer following several years in the newspaper, marketing and technology industries. A native of Springhill, Campbell holds a B.A. in Mass Communication from Southern Arkansas University, an M.Ed. in Adult Education from the University of Arkansas, and a Graduate Certificate in Information Assurance from Louisiana Tech University. In 2014, he was designated a Certified Community Bank Technology Officer.

He and his wife of 16 years, Jennifer, have two children and live in Minden.

“It’s quite an honor to work at such an outstanding bank alongside the best bankers in the industry,” Campbell said. “I believe that MBL Bank’s best days are ahead, and I am proud to be a part of the management team leading these efforts.”

Campbell encourages anyone looking for a banking family to go by and visit with him at MBL Bank.

“There’s a reason we’ve been voted ‘Minden’s Favorite Bank’ since 2007. We have a customer-first focus and this philosophy is what drives all of our decisions,” Campbell said. “In addition to the best in customer service, we’re committed to providing an exceptional line of products and services to meet our customers’ financial needs.”
