A Town Hall meeting for Minden City Council District E is scheduled for March 11 at 5:30 PM at the Community House on Gladney Street.
City Council Member Andy Pendergrass announced the meeting, stating that he and Mayor Nick Cox will be present to discuss city matters and answer questions from residents.
AT&T will sponsor the event, providing food and updates on the fiber optic internet installation throughout the district.
“We are excited to visit with you all,” Pendergrass posted on social media.
In response to a question about the event’s focus on District E, Pendergrass clarified that fiber optic installation is occurring citywide, but he will specifically address progress within District E as its representative. He also noted that residents from other districts are welcome to attend.
