Dual enrollment provides high school students with the opportunity to take college-level courses, enriching their education and accelerating the completion of career and technical education certificates, diplomas, or degrees. The benefits of dual enrollment extend beyond academic acceleration. It allows students to explore potential career paths and engage in more rigorous coursework than what is typically available in high school. This head start in higher education can make a significant difference in a student’s future academic and career success.

High school students aged 16 and older interested in dual enrollment with NLTCC should contact their school counselor for more information. Dual Enrollment is an excellent opportunity for motivated students to get a jumpstart on their college education while still in high school.
