Over the course of three days, Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College (NLTCC) welcomed more than 700 high school juniors and seniors for its annual Junior-Senior Day. Students from Bossier, Caddo, Claiborne, DeSoto, Red River, and Webster parishes attended the event.
Each of NLTCC’s campuses — Shreveport, Minden, and Mansfield — hosted a day of activities, giving students a firsthand look at the programs offered. Visitors toured the campuses, participated in hands-on activities, and watched live demonstrations from instructors. They also had the chance to speak with current NLTCC students and learn about admissions, financial aid, and available resources. Lunch for Minden was provided in part by The First Methodist Church of Minden.

Junior-Senior Day gave students an exciting opportunity to explore different career paths and see how NLTCC can help them take the next step toward their future. Most programs at NLTCC take only eighteen months to two years to complete, making it a great choice for anyone ready to start a rewarding career.
