Funeral Services for Mr. Richard Lynn Tims, age 62, were held at 3:00 pm, Sunday, April 21, 2019, at the Bailey Funeral Home Springhill, LA. Interment will followed in Old Sarepta Cemetery, Sarepta, LA.

Mr. Tims was born on August 28, 1956 to Joyle and Louise Ezernack Tims in Coushatta, LA and passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2019 in Minden, LA. He was a , a and was retired from after of service. .

He is survived by his three daughters, Melissa Wright and husband NIck of Haynesville, LA, Stacy Tims of Minden, LA, Kelly Dodds and husband Tony of Haynesville, LA; two sons, Randall Tims and wife Dana of Minden, LA, Steven Tims and wife Amanda of Minden, LA; two nephews, JoeyTims and wife Melissa of Minden, LA, Blake Tims and wife Sylvia of Winnfield, LA; two nieces, Tiffany Sepulvado and husband Benji of Winnfield, LA, Mandy Smiley and husband Mark of Winnfield, LA; four grandsons, Zane Vanderpool of Haynesville, LA, Dalton Tims of Ft. Wayne, IN, Logan Wright, Cadence Tims; five granddaughters, Allyssa Dodds of Haynesville, LA, Ashley Dodds of Haynesville, LA, Shalynn English, Chloe Tims, Paislee Evans; uncle, Raymond Ezernack of Coushatta, LA; .

Mr. Tims was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Cecil Tims.

Pallbearers will be Melissa Wright, Randall Tims, Steven Tims, Joey Tims, Blake Tims. Honorary pallbearers will be Mark Smiley, Jesse Yeager, Nick Wright, Preston Chreene, Jagger Sepulvado.
