Shirley W. Skinner

Funeral services for Shirley W. Skinner will be held Thursday Friday, April 19, 2019 at 11 a.m. at Brushwood United Methodist Church in Dubberly Louisiana with Rev. David Dietzel officiating. Interment will follow at 1:30 p.m. at Boggs Cemetery in Mott, Louisiana under the direction of Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 p.m. Thursday, April 18, 2019 at Rose-Neath Funeral Home in Minden, Louisiana. 

Shirley was born February 7, 1936 in Springhill, Louisiana and entered into rest April 14, 2019 in Minden, Louisiana. Shirley was a member of Brushwood United Methodist church and a retired executive secretary from LAAP. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray Skinner. 

She is survived by her daughter, Carmen Kilgore of Dubberly, granddaughter, Helen Smith of Brownwood, Texas, and great-grandchildren, Sapphire Smith of Shreveport, and Emma, Sarah, and Addison Smith both of Brownwood, Texas.
