The Webster Parish School Board wrapped up Read Across America Week with a literacy event at its offices, featuring Superintendent Rowland reading Dr. Seuss books to attendees. The event included Dr. Seuss-themed snacks and decorations.
In addition to celebrating literacy, the school board recognized Employee Appreciation Day on March 7. Superintendent Rowland sent gift baskets and handwritten letters to all Webster Parish schools to show his gratitude for educators and staff.
