EPA to give update on M6 burn chamber

An environmental workshop to discuss the latest on the current activities at the M6 burn chamber site is set for Thursday.

Hosted by the Environmental Protection Agency, the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality and the Louisiana Military Department, the workshop is set for 6:30 p.m. at Camp Minden’s dining facility (Building 181).

In the workshop, Explosive Service International, the contractor for LMD, will demonstrate the website that will show the data collected each day and provide the latest information regarding operations. A status update on current activities and future events will also be discussed.
