I forgot…it is amazing how many towns, hamlets, and literal “one stop sign” communities that have very few apartments to rent to middle class families but have excess HUD apartment complexes Even the town of Jamestown, TN, which has less than 5,000 inhabitants, has several HUD apartment complexes, but very few if any places for people who do not qualify for rent assistance to live.
the economy is NOT getting better despite the rosy picture our government is portraying. If you are debt free pat your self on the back because you are in a very small minority. The middle class has been devastated and the politicians who claim to be champions of the middle class are just using them to stay in office. Time is nearing for America’s chickens to come home to roost and it ain’t going to be pretty. The race riots have already started. It is time to get your mental spiritual, and financial house in order!
