Minden Police Department

Jerol Leo Ewell, 17, 400 block of Walnut Street in OIl City. Charged with two counts of theft of a motor vehicle.

Deotis Germany, 21, 100 block of North Park Drive in Doyline. Charged with running a red light and driving under suspension.

Trevor Posey, 17, 1300 block of Hamilton Street in Ringgold. Charged with attempted theft.

Ardis Allen, 62, 1400 block of Lincoln Street in Minden. Charged with criminal mischief – misuse of 911.

Howard Robinson, 76, 200 block of Horseshoe Loop in Doyline. Charged with theft of goods by shoplifting.

Springhill Police Department

Bernard Hillebrandt, 56, 400 block of 6th NE in Springhill. Charged with dog at large.

Joann Barkins, 51, 400 block of Centerpark in Springhill. Charged with simple criminal damage to property.

Britney Wynne, 25, 700 block of S. Ark in Springhill. Charged with no driver’s license on person, no proof of liability insurance and no license plate.

Thurman Moore, 55, 300 block of Morgan Street in Springhill. Charged with simple battery of persons with infirmities.

Jadarrius Strickland, 20, 200 block of Boucher Ext in Cullen. Charged with gambling in public and flight from an officer.

Deshundra Kemp, 23, 200 block of Rosebud Loop in Springhill. Charged with no proof of liability insurance.

Dustin Richardson, 22, 600 block of 2nd NW in Springhill. Charged with domestic battery.

James Hawthorne, 49, Camelot in Springhill. Charged with second degree battery.

Dandrekus White, 20, 500 block of 6th Street in Springhill. Charged with gambling in public and flight from an officer.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office

Karen McDowell, 55, 4400 block of Camp Joy Road in Haughton. Charged with misdemeanor theft.

Dequinten Hicks, 21, 200 block of Cottonwood Drive in Minden. Arrested on a warrant for simple battery.

Travis Tatom, 27, 4000 block of Mimosa Street in Bossier City. Charged with violation of probation.

Kevin Hubbard, 32, 600 block of Porterville Road in Sarepta. Charged with domestic abuse.
